In this section, the member will see all of the transactions they make to the SACCO.
Deposits
Here, the member will see a list of all the deposits they have made in the SACCO. They can also make direct deposits into their SACCO wallet in this section.
1. Your Deposits
This section will list the total amount of deposits made by the member during their time in the SACCO.
2. Make Deposit
In this section, SACCO members can directly make their deposits and include their payment particulars, such as fines and contributions.
Loans
Here, the member will see their outstanding loans, their loan summary, arrears, loan limits, and they can pay back their outstanding balance through this section.
1. Loans Summary
Here, the member will see summary of their loans, including their total loan amount borrowed from the SACCO. The member will also track their monthly repayments through the graph on the dashboard.
2. Apply
In this section, members can apply for a loan and choose from the loan type as created by their SACCO administrators.
3. Your Applications
In this section, members can check their loan processing and see whether it is pending, declined, approved, disbursement failed, or disbursed from the options given in this section.
4. More
This option shows members their Loan History and Guarantorship Requests. The Loan History option allows the member to view their loan history while the Guarantorship Requests option allows the member to apply for a guarantor as they apply for a new loan. The Guarantorship Request may be approved or denied by the SACCO administrators.
